Recent communication with West Midlands Police: 15th June 2020 Dear Sergeant Skelhorn, Crime Numbers: 20DY/97321X/20 - ASB and 20DY/97326N/20 - Assault. Regarding the two crime numbers given above, I have heard nothing since they were issued - have my neighbours been interviewed? Have they been cautioned? Are they to be prosecuted? I accept that there is currently a reduced chance of a nasty encounter with 'Frothy' Bradley, and 'is revolting dog, if I use the rear entrance into Connops Way, but I still have to make considerable efforts to avoid meeting my neighbours on the landings, the stairs, and in the hallway; this means that my frontage goes unpicked for days at a time and there is still a danger of an unfortunate confrontation with Colin Smart, and even with 'is mate Carol, suspected, still, of 'playing 'er silly drunken games' with tins of soup! Can an update be provided? Yours etc, DWAustin Good afternoon, Sgt Skelhorn is no longer your Neighbourhood Sergeant as he has a new posting with West Midlands Police. However the crime numbers you have given have been checked. Dudley Council ASB Team have been e-mailed and made aware of your problems. They will be dealing with the ASB matter. Your ASB officer is Lorenzo Divattimo. The assault has been filed as there is no independent evidence to support a prosecution. If you require any further information then you can contact the Stourbridge Neighbourhood Sergeant Fletcher. Regards, Stourbridge Neighbourhood Team
